Kept charging after cancellation

I cancelled my account, but FourSixty kept charging my card anyway. After I reached out for a refund, the representative told me that someone had accessed and reactivated the account after cancellation. There was no truth to that claim whatsoever, as the app was deleted prior to cancellation. I’m glad my account was promptly refunded, but the dishonesty is what drove me to write this review.

Great App for Businesses

Are use this app at my work to help us schedule, plan, and post Instagram posts to our feed. It’s great because it allows you to set a timer to remind you when to post, and it is very easy to copy the caption and the photo before you head to Instagram. I’ve been looking into other apps that do something similar thats not only feed posts but also story posts, but nothing seems to line up with the quality of this app. I really hope they offer the option to schedule stories as well in the near future.

Crashing

I can’t even open the app.
My device and operation system are compatible with the app, yet it still doesn’t work
