Slow withdrawals
I like the overall design and the support has been great.
They have by far the slowest withdraw times I’ve used with any wallet / trading platform.
After reading some reviews I see the btc is in cold storage so that is understandable, I guess.
But for the other currencies (eth xrp) there are randomly huge delays..... sometimes days before you can see your withdraw initiated on the network. While I see the status page showing withdrawals as operational, the automated ones don’t seem to be reliable. It just insanely slow I wish more resources would be put into making the system work rather than buying a domain name.
A must have!
If you’re not on the FoxONE train, get your ticket now! Amazing company and amazing app.
