The other app worked great but this new one won’t let me sign in. I can go to their site on internet and sign in just fine but can’t access my account on this app. Needs work

Only logs in sometimes. Sometimes has no balance amounts. Sometimes unable to transfer to accounts. Sometimes freezes when logging in.Never had an issue ever when it was AllSteel Credit Union. This is turning into a waste of a merger.
