Purchaser is Disappointed

I’ve have paid for & had this app for quite awhile & have really enjoy using it.

Since this application was purchased I don’t understand why I am now limited to the usage of this application & I’m very disappointed about that. I’ve tried to join the VIP so that I may continue the usage of the frames that have become my favorite however, for some crazy reason I’m not able to join. Please fix this problem since I purchased this application. Ty

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. In recent updates, we’ve removed the unnecessary login step and added a “Restore VIP” feature to help users like you regain access to your purchased subscription.
Please update the app to the latest version from the App Store, then tap “Restore VIP” in the left menu to recover your membership.

Does not work any longer

I’ve used this app with much happiness and success, but it seems to no longer work. I would like to purchase the VIP package. But it won’t let me. Not even the Tourist direct buy.
Could it no longer work with my iPad Air 2?

Our latest version has removed the login step and made the subscription flow much simpler. However, please note that the app currently supports iOS 15.0 or later.
If your iPad Air 2 is running an older version of iOS, you may encounter issues with purchasing or accessing certain features. We recommend updating to the latest available iOS version for your device, if possible.
You can also try reinstalling the app and using the “Restore Purchase” option if you’ve already made a payment.

Narrow frame

This app is great but it doesnot have very narrow or delicate frame without extra white part , I like only frame , it makes the work bigger than what it is ,and it is not ok to me. The second , is lack of delete icon in the page and it cause a lot of problem .i am half an hour on it to change the picture but I could not to delete and use another frame.
