The Virtual Care Anywhere app brings the doctor visit to you – when and where you need it. Within 30 minutes of requesting care, you’ll be speaking with a board-certified doctor or registered nurse practitioner.

Our team of board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners are available 24/7 to provide consultations, diagnoses, and treatment via video chat or phone. No appointment is needed. Our team can also call prescriptions (those that are deemed clinically appropriate) into your local pharmacy.

• Urinary tract infections in adult women


1. What does it cost?
Each Virtual Care Anywhere visit costs a flat fee of $35, always. There are no hidden or added charges. At the beginning of your visit, the provider will determine whether your health concern is appropriate for virtual urgent care. If it’s not, you will not be charged for the visit.

2. Will insurance cover my visit?
Most insurance plans do not cover virtual health services at this time, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement. However, a Virtual Care Anywhere visit is a qualified medical expense and you can typically use your HSA or FSA account to pay for it. An invoice that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement will be available through the web portal for your Virtual Care Anywhere account after each visit.

3. How does a virtual visit with Virtual Care Anywhere work?
You will meet with one of our medical providers via phone or video chat. You can request a video chat through the mobile app, via our website, or by calling our toll-free number.
Our website requires that JavaScript and cookies be enabled. If you are unable to access the website or experience technical difficulties, please call our patient concierge team at (855) 356-8053.

4. Who is eligible?
Virtual Care Anywhere is available to people of all ages, across the United States. Virtual visits are not available to those covered under a federal insurance program such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Tricare, unless you are specifically set up by your insurance plan administrator.

5. Can I use Virtual Care Anywhere if I think I might have coronavirus?
Yes. If you have flu-like symptoms and think you may have coronavirus, you may use a virtual visit as a method of screening. The main symptoms to look for are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. It’s best to stay at home and seek care as soon as possible.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol if soap and water are not available.

6. Will my primary care provider receive my visit summary?
After every virtual visit, the Virtual Care Anywhere provider will write a personalized visit summary that outlines the visit, treatment recommendations and outcomes. You can choose whether to share it (or not) with your primary care provider at the close of the visit. This visit summary is accessible at any time from your Virtual Care Anywhere account page.

If you are an Apple Health user, you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information, which can help them make a more accurate diagnosis.

Quality care and Convenient!

Today was my first virtual appointment. I was so unsure if I needed to go into an urgent care or make an appointment with my primary or a specialist and I became overwhelmed to the point of not wanting to take any action and taking to the internet (not a good idea, but we already know this). When I came across this virtual app, it was not only convenient but easy to use, incredibly inexpensive and quick. What a relief. My doctor for this appointment was attentive and handled my visit reason/concerns with quality and care. I will need to get a blood work panel done and I am so glad I could get that direction and start of a treatment plan without having to go anywhere first to wait in a waiting room for that information. I will absolutely utilize virtual care again and I hope your experience/s are just as good!

My doctor’s office was closed for observed 4th of July, and I didn’t want to go to urgent care with the rising Covid cases in my county (and that our urgent care is a testing center), so I decided to use this app instead. I got through to a doctor immediately, and was able to get the medication I needed for an infection that has been making my life miserable for the last week (I saw my doctor earlier this week, and I wasn’t showing signs of an infection yet). The doctor was prompt, listened to everything, and was able to prescribe me something to help with the pain I was in. 10/10 recommend

Eye appt & eval

Thank you Dr. June Lee for easing my mind tonight regarding the condition of my eye!! I can sleep now, knowing this subconjunctival hemorrhage will probably resolve itself!! This is my first experience with a virtual doctor appointment and it was a great experience. I will use this again when needed and will recommend it to my family and friends!! Thanks again so much!!
