To log in, view policy details or pay your bill, you must:

•Be registered at www.fmins.com/phs
•Have an active personal insurance policy
•Have an active billing account
•Not be subject to other policy or billing restrictions

Very Pleased - Bill Pay Works Great!

Paying my bill was quick and easy. I absolutely love having my Auto ID cards available without logging in. Not only can I see my auto policy limits and deductibles, but also my home and umbrella policy details, too. Well done! What a great extension of their policyholder services online website.

Great app

This is a great way to keep track of my insurance policy instead of digging it out of a file cabinet. The pay my bill feature is very nice!
