I have been a FCU customer for I believe about 20 years or more. I have always experienced professional and courteous customer care service whenever I’ve visited the Drummond Rd branch, the Sears Branch when it was opened and the Abington Branch. I feel special because I am a customer of a bank who cares. I also took the opportunity to sign up with an insurance policy program offered through FCU’s Abington Branch. I opened an account for my son when he was a child and now my son is an adult with a beautiful family; he has maintained his account with FCU. I have successfully referred co-workers who became customers, some years ago I was the winner for referring new customers in a certain time period. I believe I won a radio/cd player unit, it was so long ago.😃I want to thank FCU for helping me by offering and approving much needed loans over the years. I certainly appreciate FCU for truly supporting customers during this time of Pandemic and Social Distancing. It is a true blessing financially. This is the best financial institution I've ever used. I've been a member since 1998 and I totally satisfied with all of their services. Unlike traditional banks they won't process questionable activities one your debt and credit cards without changing you a penny. They caught suspicious activity on both of my cards saving me money. They replaced my card overnight. I can't recommend them any higher unless they allowed for a 10 star rating.

I am a nurse and I was charged several fees which made my account overdraft which made my mortgage check overdraft I am tired we have been mandated to work overtime in the nursing home related to Covid I don’t understand how a smaller credit union can treat there long standing customers like this? I asked about my visa which I had set up automatically to make payments I asked about that as well the young lady who helped “helped me in the phone” disconnected and NEVER CALLED ME BACK KNOWING ALL MY INFORMATION AND CELL PHONE NUMBERS?????I have been with freedom credit union for umpteen years and sad to say Iam closing my account when I went to the branch no one was helpful. I find it hard to believe that this is considered GOOD BUSINESS! I am sure no one will return my call! Y’all used to be so personable and caring! But I am a number now!

It’s so wonderful to be able to do most transactions online. The app is very easy to use that it takes all the stress off of banking because everything can be done with complete confidence. I’m really grateful that the bank invested so much in making this possible because the app keeps getting better all the time and never crashes.
