First, I must say that the AI tools on the web are spectacular and up until recently I also used the iOS app nearly daily. But something recently changed with the newest version of the app that’s makes it pointless to use it. Specifically, it seems to have lost its integration with my web account. For example I can no longer access the custom styles I spent months refining nor can I access any of the historical images and the associated prompts I have archived. All of that still works beautifully on the website so that’s the only way I can use the AI tools. Please bring back the integration to the app.

..no for real. It really is the best ai prompt to image generator. I’m a soloprenuer trying to get feet on the ground to start my new business, so Im sampling a good half dozen+ image generators a day. None have come close to the realistic photos FreePik returns. For this reason I’m giving it five stars and will keep it that way. That being saidddd.. it misses about half the prompts and still short on curating accurate results. Still my fav though and gonna stick with it.

I was a customer for almost 8 months most of it on a $47 plan. Every month my $47 was taken but my credits took days later to show up or I’d have to contact FreePik support to get my credits. After playing this game 5-6 times the last attempt to get my credits was met with horrendous customer service as if my wanting what I paid for was too much to ask. They threatened to cancel my account. Did everything except make it right. I no longer use FreePik . All of the tools in FreePik are available elsewhere and sometimes for free. Save yourself the headache . This was miserable and literally the worst service I’ve seen from an Ai company

This app makes the most beautiful and most realistic photos I have ever seen. I am currently using the free version which has a limit on how many images you can make a day but I don’t mind it because it refreshes each day. Thank You Freepik for making this awesome app!
