Our streamlined app allows public users to initiate sessions, view real-time charging statistics (speed, kWh delivered), and process payments all without RFID cards or phone calls. Our mobile charging stations are capable of charging while completely disconnected from the grid. Blocked parking spots and charge rage are things of past; instead of bringing cars to the charging stations, we bring charging stations to the cars. All without the expensive infrastructure typically associated with fixed charging stations.
Concierge Charging users are able to register for their host's deployment, check in, and communicate with the attendant(s). With our Concierge Charging drivers can park anywhere in the lot and still receive a charge without ever lifting a finger.
If you work or visit somewhere with lots of EVs, but not enough charging stations, tell the manager of your parking location to sign up with FreeWire!

Confusing, with poor layout.
First, change your app names to make it clear which is the client app for people who want to charge, and which is the management app for the people who own the charging stations. I bet if you look at your download logs you’ll find waaay more management apps downloaded than makes sense - Many of those extra downloads are people who got frustrated by downloading the wrong app and maybe then gave up.
Next, please take a look at competing apps and see how they handle layouts and searching. You guys can do much better here.
Do yourself a favor - forget about this service and app
The app itself is badly broken: the chat text entry is white text on light gray background; the “Expedite request” is completely broken and doesn’t allow to select the time. The selection is, once again, in white text on light-gray background.
When requested a service - 4 hours later, still nobody showed up.
4 hours after sending a chat message - no response.
Tried to reach their customer service for over a week, a few times a day - no live human ever answers.
