I downloaded the app hoping I would have a quick way to report burnt out street lights traffic lights potholes and other driving hazards. But the app has nothing for that.

UI is clunky and not visually appealing. Some good features, but laggy. Needs a lot of work. Will give higher stars once it is improved...

I attempted to report a concern to the fire department and the app just snapped back to the Home Screen. Every department has a different interface. Nice idea though.

The UI is not to standards of a mobile app. This is due to the fact that this is not a native mobile app.Would have been good if the City Officials would involved the many high tech professionals residing in Fremont in the design and development.
