Excellent, a true life saver!

Amanda’s workouts are truly the best! I’ve been following her for about 8 years, since her downloadable pdf program days, and have had the app since the early days. I’ve loved watching it grow and consistently add new features and categories of workouts.

I started out looking for HIIT workouts but have grown to love all the styles from Yoga and Pilates to Mobility and Weight Training. I appreciate that you can find classes based on time or on category, and the recent addition of the program progress tracker for the 2-4 week programs. Amanda’s knowledge of physiology and anatomy has grown over the years too and the recent classes are packed full of helpful info on the benefits of various moves. The mindfulness exercises and nourishing plant-based recipes are awesome bonuses as well.

I’ve tried out other various apps for workouts and flexibility over the years but nothing comes close to the robust content of FBFM and the actual effects of the workouts for me. Most of all though, Amanda has such a great encouraging attitude as a trainer and seems to just know the moments in a class when you need a little motivation or extra push. I love being a part of the FBFM community and feeling so healthy and mobile! Amanda and Adam have done an awesome job with this app!

Love! Been on it for years!

I’ve tried various at home fitness programs over the years ranging from free yt videos to paid subscriptions/apps. This is by far my favorite fitness app! There’s a large variety of workouts so you can find something for however much time you have. I also LOVE that Amanda is constantly updating the app. Since joining a few years ago, she’s added tons of Pilates, weights, and mobility classes—all of which have been SO GOOD. Amanda’s super knowledgeable and helpful as a coach, so I’m never doubting whether I’m doing a move correctly or not.

I also so appreciate that she’s kept the app ad free and that everything on the app is included in the subscription (personally despise when apps reel you in and bombard you with ads and trick you into paying more by keeping certain features locked). Love the vision and direction behind this app and will continue to be a fan of it and Amanda for many years to come :D.

Best program to be a part of!

I’ve been a part of the FBFM for years now. Amanda works hard to provide quality content that suits every part of whatever fitness you want to get into - yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and dumbbell exercises. The best part is, you don’t need to be at a gym to do most of the exercises, you can do them anywhere!
I use this app pretty much every day to follow along with her classes. I also love the plant based recipes - they’re delicious!
