With Fresh Tri, you train yourself in the Iterative MindsetTM--a specific mindset we found in thousands of people who lost weight and kept it off long-term--against all odds and obstacles.
You practice new food habits that you feel drawn to, until they are automatic. Each habit you can practice in Fresh Tri has been proven effective in clinical studies on weight loss, and shown to work in daily life by busy people like you.
Fresh Tri knows you will relapse--because it is totally normal! Using your Iterative Mindset, you are encouraged to iterate on, aka tweak, what you are trying. The primary objective of Fresh Tri is to keep you “in-effort”--so you never stop and you never fail!
How it works:
(1) Create your “Tri” : a habit you will practice this week. It is made up of three parts:
WHAT food habit you want to change
WHY this is super important to you
Exactly HOW you will practice this week
(2) Practice : You credit yourself over the next 7 days by tapping the credit button each time you practice. On Day 7, you do a short Reflection, to learn from this Tri.
(3) Iterate : Iteration, or tweaking your practice, is the mindset you naturally learn with Fresh Tri. You cannot fail--you just iterate on (tweak) your practice if it isn’t working for you...until something clicks again.

Finally, an app that works!
I’ll be the first to admit that I miiiight have an impulse control problem, which makes it hard to develop and maintain good habits :/ I’ve tried so many different things but tend to give up on anything hard/annoying/boring almost immediately. Then I got FreshTri because I had broken my ankle very severely (both bones and tore the ligament in between) and the only way I was going to walk normally after the surgery was to keep up with regular PT. Even with the threat of pain and deformity I STILL couldn’t make myself do it... until I finally found this app! I don’t know how/why it works I just know that it does and I was able to stick to my long-term PT routine. After my success with that, I’m excited to try it in other areas of my life! This is the app for those of us who feel like we’ve run out of options.... we can change for the better! Haha
