Description
A free Safari extension to quickly switch among search engines by prefixing an address bar search with a letter. Example: "d apple" to search DuckDuckGo for apple.
Use Freshy Search to quickly specify the search engine to use in Safari's address bar:
g - Google
y - Yahoo
yi - Yahoo Images
b - Bing
d - DuckDuckGo
e - Ecosia
recipe - Freshy Recipes Search
manual - Freshy Manuals Search
tv - Freshy TV & Movies Search
template - Freshy Templates Search
Examples: Enter "d apple" to search DuckDuckGo for apple, or "tv coda" to use Freshy TV & Movies Search to find information about Coda.
Freshy Web Search will be used if no prefix is specified. Alternatively, simply switch on "Use Default Search" to use the Search engine specified in Safari's Search Preferences.
