I like the interface look and feel. It’s missing the ability to keep an item on the list once it consumed. Some items you may always have and a pain to re-enter them each time but hopefully over time it will be added. A great simple program.

Update: Sharing is now working. Sync mostly works but if you move items to another list, it won’t sync.

Thanks for your comment. The list sharing feature has been fixed and should be working fine now. Renaming the list will be available in a future update. Regarding the sync, does your iPhone is connected to your iCloud account and you account still has storage available ?

Fantastic!

I really like this app so far! I love being able to upload photos of my favorite foods so I can eat all the wonderful fruits, vegetables, and leftovers I have in my fridge before I grab the bag of chips. However, I think the app designers missed the mark on why people want to keep a list like this. I don’t want to upload a new photo and re-enter my food every day or every week. But once you “trash” an item, it disappears into the ether. Most people eat the same things often, so I’d prefer the “trash” action to send the foods to another list or give me the option to add it to my shopping list. I bypassed that by adding a shopping section to the top, but I’m worried I’m going to accidentally trash one of my favorite foods and have to upload a new photo again. I’d also love to see a better expiration date section. Like buttons for “4 days from now” or “2 weeks from now” - common expiration timelines. Other than that, this app is perfect!

Needs additional features and faster product scan

I bought the lifetime pass to this app to try to support the developer, so don’t take this as an attack! There is a lot of work to be done on this app. The scan and product fetching is very slow at times, same with the processing of expiration dates from scans. The app can lag for up to 30 seconds while trying to fetch information. When you’re doing a full pantry full of inventory that just isn’t acceptable for an app that is meant to streamline that process. It should not be faster to type in names by hand. I’m hoping that this gets addressed in the future updates.

I would also really like to see a feature that allows you to sort, pantry items or fridge items by category. For example, the ability to sort by canned foods, sauces, grains, etc. this would make the app much more useful for meal planning and inventory management. Thank you!
