Added ability for admins to test notifications with specific individual users. This should help us resolve some problems some users had with not receiving push notifications correctly.

Prayer Requests Page: • The color of the Prayer Request cards change based on whether they have been approved or not, and whether they are your prayer request or another person's. Prayer Page: • You now can customize whether you see no photos, curated verse graphics, or nature landscape photos. Prayer Request approved notification: • You can choose to opt into receiving a push notifications when your prayer request goes live. Media Page: • Tapping the button to view in YouTube now also copies your current timestamp from the video. • Sermon Outlines now have a better chance to sync up to the right video. When your internet connection is not available or the app servers are down, you will see an appropriate error page.

Bugfix - Media Page no longer sometimes shows no videos. Announcements - Some announcements are now marked as higher priority, which is shown by an outlined red box. Media Page - When viewing the Media tab, the app bar contains a YouTube icon which can launch the current video in your YouTube app if you would prefer to watch there.
