Improvement recommendations.

The navigation in the app can be a little confusing going back from viewing a menu.

The app took my money and didn’t place my order

Firstly, I was creating an order and had to switch apps to send out a text message, and when I came back to this app, my cart was completely empty. After that, I re-created my order and placed, placed it with Apple Pay only to go to the restaurant to pick it up and them not have it in their system or know anything about it. So I had to order it again at the restaurant, pay again, and then wait an extra 15 minutes.

It’s like ordering on a Commodore64

I tried this because a local sushi restaurant uses it as their online ordering system. The interface and navigation is abysmal…no search function, confusing acronyms, no way to back out and go to another restaurant, no time estimates before you get to checkout and even then, they aren’t accurate. I really don’t know why anyone would choose this app, I’ll just call next time.
