I have been playing this game for under 24 hours of game time and I just hit level 100. Unlike most games I have yet to purchase a single item for real world money. If you like puzzle type gem games you will LOVE this one!!! Thank you to the programmer and design team this game is very addictive and most importantly FUN! I have not had a single issue with game freeze or shut downs as reported in previous reviews....they are gone. Also I have never paid a single in game coin for power ups. Note: real time play so far is under 26 hours.

Good, but becoming too…

I’ve been playing this game for more than a year & always enjoyed the layouts until the last several months. I enjoy reasonable challenges, but don’t feel any need to either beat my last game. I play for the pleasure of of having my mind being occupied on the simple pleasures of stress release & enjoyment. This game gave me that until it started changing to a spinning frenetic blur. That’s more ‘challenge’ than I signed up for. Many match games have gone in that direction & I find I’m not having fun anymore. It’s probably great for young minds attracted to the swirling colors & constant movement ,but I simply don’t want to to work that hard at playing.
Oh well, things change. I’m hoping it will change again to something I like better.
P. S. Yes, I know they do it to try to get you to buy more. I hope they don’t kill their golden goose. I , for one , am fed up with the constant micro transactions just to win games consistently AND having to endure the endless ads.

Bad Customer Support!

I have been playing this game for a little over a week. I had an issue with the daily bonus. You open the app every day and you get a bonus booster and on the 7 day you get a better prize or boosters. I open on day seven and it said I got 7 hand swaps. Only it didn’t give them to me. So I contacted support and asked if they could fix that. It’s takes a while for them to respond but ELLA responded and said oh sorry and we will send that to you. But first before we do that you must turn on your notifications. I hate notifications, all my games notifications are off . I turned them on anyway and responded to her. Nothing, still nothing. So I turned my notifications back off and decided that was not right. And now they are just ignoring me. So I deleted this game. Their customer support needs help. Isn’t that right Ella?
