Easy and convenient
This app works great. I love the debit card controls and the power it gives me to suspend my card temporarily if I misplace it.
I wish it would be specific when it’s asking for a password reset, rather then just locking me out.
Service member
It seems like every single time I attempt to access this app and see what is in my account there is something wrong, either I need to reset my password, or the app is unable to process my request at this time. This is getting old, I’m 3000 miles away from a bank, I don’t have the opportunity to run down to the bank. I understand it’s local and that’s why I have stayed for as long as I have, but I’m close to switching to a different bank, this is getting old

Checking
Don’t like paying $7.00 a month for checking account. As soon as I get my SS checks to new account I will be closing this account.
