A friend told me about Fuel and it’s been a game changer for tracking whats going on with my body. Taking pictures of food makes it super easy to stay consistent and the AI does a phenomenal job at identifying everything. Seriously, it’s kind of unnerving how accurate it is. But my favorite part of the app so far is the “Fast Tracker”; its been extremely encouraging to keep a fast going longer that I usually would be able too! It even has a rating system that lets you know if your daily habits are in alignment with your overall goals and a weekly coach feature that helps you identify strengths and weakness with your routine!

I’m new to the fuel app and already very impressed. It’s easy to log meals and activity and I love how quickly it provides calorie and nutrient information. The progress grading system is especially motivating – it encourages me to keep improving. The coaching features are supportive and helpful without being overwhelming.
