Who is this app NOT for?

This app is not intended for individuals with an active eating disorder, those with a history of eating disorders, or those who have a family history of eating disorders. This app is also not suitable for anyone dealing with body dysmorphia or who may be predisposed to body dysmorphic and/or body dysmorphic disorders.

We recognise that topics surrounding calorie tracking and diet can be incredibly sensitive and potentially triggering. Our utmost concern is the mental and emotional health of our users. We have consciously chosen not to emphasise the tracking of calories, focusing instead on the importance of nutrient-dense foods and balanced eating to nourish the body.
