To the developer, I have been playing this game for at least three years and I have spent a lot of money to buy credits, but lately the game has been getting very boring and frustrating. I had 130 trillion after I got lucky once and I lost it all with winning only about 30 mini jackpots. Question: why are the other jackpots there? Just for decoration? Why should people spend money and buy credits? And for what? To buy frustration and anger? I don’t think so. 😡😡 If you understood me, you should know what I mean. Thank you.

The worst customer service ever plus I won’t believe their offer anymore because it happened to me several times that’s why I decided to give them a bad review because whenever I contacted customer service for any issues I faced they would answer me the same way and it looks like you are taking with a computer not a human and the only way they do to fix the problem is to send you some coins which I use it in one spin only and then after that they dismiss you even if you contact them again and you can see that here when they answer back to the reviews and you will find the same answer I'm sorry to give you a one star review because you pushed me to do this and it’s not cool and polite to dismiss the customer like this way at the same time you can tell how much money and purchasing that I did in the past couple years I hope you won’t do that again with any other customer plus try your best and set some time to your customer care so they will keep continuing using your app.
