This game is great at first so don’t be fooled. It will rip you off left and right!! You have to watch some stuff closely but other stuff is completely obvious. And when you send stuff to support you only ever get a stupid auto answer which is the same exact one every single time. They sometimes (very rarely) is it a human that responds and asked for screenshots but that doesn’t matter either because they don’t use them. I sent in proof one time saying it ripped me off 25 quadrillion coins. I should have received 40 quadrillion coin bonus when it was supposed to match my biggest with. There is a limit and mine was over 40 and only got 15Q in my inbox. I sent pics of my win and one with how much I should have received and that day an idiot human answered saying there was a limit as to how much it could be. No amount they listed. I sent something back telling them I did meet the limit to get 40Q and sent them again and nothing. I mentioned it several times and keep getting the idiot auto same answer and never got my coin to this day!!! That’s the biggest but it happens all the time with everything in this game. Beware!!!

The worst customer service ever plus I won’t believe their offer anymore because it happened to me several times that’s why I decided to give them a bad review because whenever I contacted customer service for any issues I faced they would answer me the same way and it looks like you are taking with a computer not a human and the only way they do to fix the problem is to send you some coins which I use it in one spin only and then after that they dismiss you even if you contact them again and you can see that here when they answer back to the reviews and you will find the same answer I'm sorry to give you a one star review because you pushed me to do this and it’s not cool and polite to dismiss the customer like this way at the same time you can tell how much money and purchasing that I did in the past couple years I hope you won’t do that again with any other customer plus try your best and set some time to your customer care so they will keep continuing using your app.
