Description
NE_Build & Grow’s Reading Sketch Starter is a multisensory reading series for beginners with basic phonics knowledge. It consists of phonetically controlled decodable words and high frequency words with level-appropriate key words and basic sentence patterns. Various multisensory activities, fun chants and songs in each unit will engage young learners to learn English in a fun way.
NE_Build & Grow’s Subject Link is a theme-based reading series to help improve students’ language abilities and acquire new knowledge. Based on a thematic curriculum integration reading program, it has informative background knowledge sections, interesting contents and useful academic vocabulary. The Big Question in each chapter helps students think in depth about the topics and how to link them in a broader way. Let them share their ideas with their classmates before they start the unit. Wrap-up activities with concept maps and theme project worksheets assist students to become better organizers and critical thinkers. NE_Build & Grow’s Subject Link Starter is recommended for lower-level students.
