The habit building & tracking health, wellness, and fitness app aims to assist you in increasing and maintaining your functional health, focusing on what really matters – the most influential and controllable daily choices and actions.

EFFECTIVE HABIT BUILDER & TRACKER

The app lets you select or build our own habit program; you can select from a number of preconfigured habits programs (of varying detail and content) and adjust to your specific needs. The habit programs keep you focused on the right healthy habits for improved results.

Once you have set-up a habit program, you will use the app to track your daily healthy habits and keep on track with habit reminders and accountability. Also, you’ll be motivated by seeing your daily and weekly habit scores and stats. Everyday, you’ll know where you are doing well, and any areas that need more emphasis and effort that are perhaps not doing as well as others.

FUNCTIONAL HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

You can also use the app to take functional health assessments – physical fitness measurements, or fitness tests, essentially. This will measure and quantify your functional health. These assessments are numerous and spread across a range of time / duration, modality / movement, and weight / loading. Everything from a strength based heavy deadlift to a cardio based 10 km run (and lots of others in-between). The assessments in the app will also hold you accountable secondarily to your daily habits through tangible physical performance check-ins.

Through the assessments and their scores and stats, you will stay encouraged and motivated, and know, with confidence, that with your routine you are headed in the right direction, by watching your abilities and health improve over time.

HEALTH & FITNESS AI ASSISTANT CHAT GPT CHATBOT

New app feature being rolled out in 2024: a health and fitness AI assistant within the app, using Chat GPT capabilities, as an additional resource to help you with healthy habits and achieving your health, fitness, and wellness goals. Have a conversation with the AI assistant and get your health and fitness questions answered, get help with nutrition, workouts, programming, wellbeing, mindset, and more!

Functional Health is made (and used daily!) by a CrossFit trainer who is also a fellow seeker of health, wellness, and fitness as a gym goer, functional fitness and cross training athlete.

The app is designed, iterated & improved, and endorsed by a team of contributors including other CrossFit coaches, gym owners, trainers , physical therapists, and gym goers, functional fitness and cross training athlete.

(Fun)ctional Health!!

FH has completely changed my approach to health and fitness. Unlike other apps that just track habits, this one feels so much more personal and focused on my overall wellbeing. The AI assistant is a total game-changer. It gives me exactly the guidance I need without overwhelming me with too much or too little info. Having that one-stop shop for all my health goals in one simple app is invaluable.

What really sets FH apart is how easily it fits into my daily life without being a distraction. The exercises work for my fitness level, the reminders keep me motivated, and the check-ins make me really think about my habits in a deeper way. It's helped me live a truly balanced lifestyle.

FH keeps me accountable in a way that other fitness apps never could. Whether you want to get in shape or just create healthier routines, this app needs to be on your radar. It does take a little time upfront to get the app set up but it is so worth it! Once you put in that initial effort, the app becomes seamlessly integrated into your routine. Highly recommend giving it a try!!

Finally, a health and fitness app that works

Awesome app with a unique twist on typical habit tracking. For some reason, I found a lot more success in using this app over others. I think it’s because the app makes the user experience feel more personal and health focused compared to others. Deserves a lot more attention, hopefully more people discover it. My favorite feature is the integrated AI assistant; one can argue that there’s other AI assistants that can already do what this one does and more but having a one stop shop for all my health and fitness goals in one app is nice. Plus, other AI assistants have a tendency to give too much information (or too little useful information). They trained this one to give you exactly what you need which saves a ton of time.

Perfect for tracking without too much distraction

I’ve tried many fitness apps, but this app far surpasses any used previously. The attention and input required is minimal which allows me to go through my day, as if there was minimum distraction. I’m left at the end of a period with meaningful data to n my health. I’m looking forward to seeing where this app goes.
