Love the app, but...

I really dig the app! However, the last update cause the app not to open!

Developer Response ,

The last version crash was due to third party library. We could not detect the crash in the development stage and even the official App Store review could not detect it. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Now the fix is available on App Store. In case similar accidents occur, we have the following suggestions: 1. Report the bug immediately via email. Comment at here has 1-day delay. 2. Don't uninstall and reinstall the app. This will erase all app data. Please wait for our fix. We are love to hear more from you about the app experience or suggestions.

I love the images it’s can capture. But it’s only good when the app actually produces the picture and doesn’t freeze or close out. Or sometimes doesn’t even open. Please update this and fix this bug. It’s annoying and honestly takes away from the Lens it’s made for so why bother. When it works it’s great. But I always have to constantly restart and close the app until I can take at least one or two pictures before it blacks out.

Please update to the latest version. It should be working.

An OK camera

I purchased this camera based on the pictures and reviews shown on you and I was pretty excited to get something reasonable priced and simple to use. When it arrived I was impressed with the packaging and with the pictures shown inside and couldn’t wait to start using the camera. It was simple to install and the two apps downloaded quickly. I took several pictures and videos using each effect and I must say I’m quite dissatisfied. The pictures are not close to being as clear as they presented on YouTube and on the packaging. There’s no stabilization on the video whatsoever ever and I’m using an iPhone XR. I took pictures inside and outside. In dimly lit locations and in bright natural light and the pictures still come out grainy and no way close to the quality of pictures taken with the iPhone XR.

Also I noticed the lens smudges pretty easily and when I tried to clean it with the cloth that came with the lens I didn’t clean it well.

Overall this is good if you’re using it in a situation when high quality photos are not necessary.

There is stabilization function in 16:9, 9:16, 8mm, 12mm video modes. Thank you for your review and support.
