The Goods are good but the billing system is frustrating,even the billing counter employees are pretty slow they don’t have intension to move fast hope they will improve

I ordered for 2800 Rs to get 500 rs cash back but big bazaar billed for 2100 and put 700 back in wallet and gave 250 cash backSecond time I recharged 1000 and 900 and not lost and refunded 3 days later. Third time transaction succeeded but this time the cash back was 200 for purchase for 1500. I shopped for 1800 and no surprise bill amount was 1478. No response on email and on hold on phone for 20 min and no one answered. Slow app. No proper features. Please see how good big basket is....

Zero stars if possible. The interest rates are INSANELY high. I signed a contract with them when I opened my account. HOWEVER, the store I purchased from said FuturePay reversed my order and did NOT PAY. I was locked out of MY account, mind you, I recieved an email today saying I owe X amount on my due date. I called FuturePay. They didn’t return my voicemail so I emailed. The email was an automation telling me to call. I eventually received a call back, FuturePay closed my account without ANY notification.

The management feels we got idiot customers. No appropriate marketing, moreover all disconnected Meaning less offers (purchase online and home delivery has a shopping cart developed and designed by some local training institute students). This goes across the board even the content, marketing and management. Also called as customer ripoff. Just the owners have money with brain to rob the customer keeping them afloat.
