Features:

Mobile order and pay – Grab your favorites from our crazy good lineup. Customize and place your orders through the app, then pick up from a Fuzzy’s near you. Save and repeat your favorites to make ordering faster.

Rack up points – Earn tacos by lifting one finger. You will earn 10 points for every $1 spend ($1 = 10 points; gift card purchases not included). Scan your profile QR code or give your phone number at the register, order through the app, or scan the barcode on your receipt.

Dish out – When reward time rolls around, select your reward and press “Redeem.” Enjoy. Earn some more. Repeat. Choose from a selection of free Fuzzy’s food based on the number of points you’ve earned. Keep earning points until you have reached your desired menu item!

Continuous Quality

I continue to be impressed with and enjoy this location. I just installed the awards app thus this will be my initial review even though I have been regular since the opening. During this visit I enjoyed the shrimp tacos. As per the other offerings they were fresh, warm, well seasoned and served at the appropriate temperature. Elise was superb on service for the entire bar area and a pleasant and professional representative of Fuzzy’s. I had the opportunity to speak with the GM as she checked in with and on customers. I find Lindsay to be an extraordinary addition to this site and can see the impact she is making across the board. I look forward to my next and every visit!

Awful service!

I usually really enjoy this Fuzzy’s Taco Shop on TCU’s campus and come quite often. Todays service was deplorable and will ensure that I take my business elsewhere. The server I had at this store had an attitude, got my order wrong even after I asked if she was sure that three tacos and three drinks cost the cost she told me, and then walked away from me to get her manager when I double checked the receipt and showed her she charged me for two extra tacos. The manager fixed my ticket, mentioned she gets easily frustrated and apologized, only to have her walk back and talk about me rudely as I was walking away.

I have never had such rude service at Fuzzy’s and am sad that I will no longer be a customer at a spot I’ve liked very much. The cashier Marissa’s deplorable attitude and her manager’s lack of knowing how to help alleviate a situation that his staff member caused guaranteed that.

Great Restaurant, Ok App

I’m always impressed with the staff at Fuzzies. App orders are always ready on time (unlike other restaurants… ahem… chipotle… ahem). Mistakes are rare and they handle problems well.

But, OMG redeeming rewards is an absolute disaster. You’re supposed to be able to use them in app orders, but I always get the error “not eligible”. Doing it in store has this strange countdown time limit and you can only redeem one at a time.

Great restaurant, decent app, but rewards needs a full rework
