Welcome to the Fyzical Exercises Physical Therapy App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.
Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Fyzical Exercises Physical Therapy provider. As you complete your exercises, we'll give you trophies and medals to celebrate your progress!
On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!

Works ok but needs a couple of small user improvements
This app does what it’s meant to do when it comes to accessing PT exercises and seeing video tutorials of them but there are a couple of small things that could be helpful or at least improve the user experience. Example: allow the login screen to scroll up and down when entering in credentials so the user can select the password field or login button without manually dropping the on screen keyboard. This is a dealbreaker but I ended up fighting with it for 5 mins when I tried to reset my password because I could select the necessary fields or buttons.
Not working
I did 59 exercises and then when I logged in I was told that Whoops, u need more exercises. So I logged in each day to receive a new plan nothing downloads. I have been trying daily to receive something and all it says is downloading and must be in a loop since it continues to try to download for almost a week. Very frustrating. I need help.
