There’s a lot to watch and the content is pretty enjoyable, but the app is a bit of a mess. Search sometimes just doesn’t work at all. (For example: You can search for something you know is available, and nothing comes up.) Also, I can’t understand how a company with a video app in 2022 thought it was a good idea to leave out basic controls. There’s no forward or rewind button, so if you miss something and want to go back 20 seconds or so to see it, you have to pause (which is kind of a pain in itself, since pausing is inconsistent) and you have to drag the little progress bar at the bottom and hope you don’t drag too far. That is absolutely unforgivable. This is the ONLY video app I know of that doesn’t have basic viewing controls. That’s especially annoying when you consider that their syncing is a little off sometimes, so when you come back later to watch something you paused earlier, you’re often taken back to somewhere else in the video.

The content is great, but the app really needs a lot of work.

As many have written, no 10 sec advance/rewind. This would come in handy as your subtitles stay on screen for 2 seconds. I’m a great reader, but I cannot read 2 lines of text in 2 seconds. I’m a VIP member with recurring billing, but it tries to scare me by posting in video feed, “your VIP ends soon, buy again” when I absolutely know I have set up billing. Debuts of new episodes do not always occur on date noted on screen. But the biggest PAIN in the inability to FF or REW 10secs for scene or sub clarification. Attunes, adding yet another issue, the app will get tired of playing a video, and will go into a fuzzy gray screen saying, “source material unavailable.”

It’s a shame. With the demise on LINE TV in Thailand, this company has saved a lot of shows and has been a great help to a niche audience. But please bring your app ibto tge 21st Century.

Since the app got updated I have had a difficult time trying to scroll /select the number of episode I need to watch. For example when you click on a series to watch it will normally see the number of the episodes in small boxes number from 1 to 12 depending on if the drama has 12 or more/ less episode. But since the updates when you click on a drama. The episodes are now displayed in a larger box with a picture(of the episode) and a number, when I try to scroll to select a certain episode's number. I can't see some of the episodes number to select them, For example let's say a drama that you wanna watch has 12 episodes when you click on it and try to scroll to pick a certain episode you can't see some of the episode numbers, you can scroll and you might see episode number 1 to 8 but after that you can't see from 9 to 12 what you get is dark display. Hopefully you understand what I'm saying but basically I can't scroll and see all the episode number if somebody could please fix it.
