Step Backwards

This application is unfortunately a step in the wrong direction. There’s a loading screen when the app opens for some reason, and overall it’s just inefficient and slow. The library card functionality also forces you into landscape mode which just doesn’t make any logical sense from a user friendliness perspective. Overall, it seems like decisions were made without any thought as to if they were useful or warranted.

App crashes

Anytime I open the app or go to my holds it automatically kicks me off the app. This is the worst app.

Wasn't ready for production

Takes too long to load. Prompts me to enable notifications each time I open it with no way to turn it off for good. Auto-selects every single browse category and it's a pain to deselect them because of the way the screen reloads each time. I have a linked card on my account and I can't tell it from my own card. The old app was much better.

I am disappointed that you did not like the new app. The latest version 24.06.01 has solved the notification popup issue. I will ask the developers about a solution for the screen reloading after each browse category is toggled off. I agree the experience could be better. When accounts are linked the account is identified with each item: Title, Author, Format, On Hold For/Checked Out To. You can also sort the holds lists by library account so the items are grouped together. How would you prefer to identify the different items?
