• Scan the app's QR code with every shop to receive a digital stamp.
• If you spend more than £20, we'll give you an extra stamp.
• Collect 9 stamps and enjoy a handcrafted loaf of bread, coffee or any barista-made drink on us.

It's our little way of saying thank you.

If you already know what you fancy, you can order ahead to skip the queue and have your favourites ready and waiting.

The app also makes it easier to browse and shop online with GAIL’s.

Rewards and stamps keep on disappearing

It’s a mess. Stamps don’t get registered. Rewards disappeared. I had 3 last week. This week I have 2. Gail’s even sent 5 stamps as an apology for the poor performance of the app, but they never appeared!! What a mess. Tried a day after this review to claim a reward. The shop couldn’t honour it - they scanned the reward and told me it was empty and asked to scan it again. But of course, the reward had disappeared. They wanted to scan a second reward. I refused and just walked out. This is a complete disaster.

Poor Design - Inaccessible

While I am a huge fan of Gail’s food and service, I cannot recommend this app because the verification function doesn’t work properly. It will not send me a text. I am here in London on holiday from the US, not sure if the app doesn’t like international customers or numbers. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Terrible

A great idea in theory but the execution is awful. Stamps don’t work, or disappear. I’ve had to delete and re-sign up, losing everything. Love Gail’s bakery but if they were going to have an app, I’d hope it actually worked.
