Personal Trainer: Gravl 4+

I underestimated this app, so much I was using it as a back up to my main workout app and I purchased the app by accident but decided to keep it. So glad I did. This app is exactly everything I need. It has options for home gym vs commercial gyms and you can select the equipment you have at both places so it’s not recommending exercise for equipment you don’t have. I like that AI chooses my workout, I don’t care what body part I work, as long as I’m lifting. I don’t have to think about it. I also like that you can tell the app not to recommend exercises anymore. There are just exercises I’m not doing so I like the option of never seeing them again and only doing what I like. I appreciate the pause button because whether I’m at home or at the gym there will always be an interruption. Although you can add friends I like the no social option of not making friends on the app or having to like a post or comment on another. I am very busy and I just want to do my workout and go. No time to like and comment on OPW (other people’s workout). There are so many things to like about this app that I did not know or appreciate in the beginning so take some time to get to know it and how it works. I didn’t do that but so glad I stuck with it. It’s obvious the creators of the app are also users of the app and they thought of everything. I’m no longer using the app I switched from, this one has everything. I will be renewing my subscription.

This app! First of all, it blows Fitbod away. This is the best workout app I’ve ever used.
Secondly though, the developer has adopted the same gains mentality need for hypertrophy in the pursuit of improving his product.
As I watch my muscles grow and grow, I watch this app keep getting better and better. Bugs squashed, features added, exercises added REGULARLY.
There is a fantastic community on Reddit where the dev is actively involved and he actually listens!
Give your thoughtful suggestions and dude bangs them out in a couple of weeks or less. I am truly blown away by Gravl and never been happier to give an app my full endorsement.

Gains AI is easy to use and intuitive. Some have called this a Fitbod copycat. I’ve used Fitbod and feel GainsAI is has some similar qualities but it is its own thing. I feel where GainsAI stands out is its affordability and flexible programming. It’s also easier to use than other workout apps.

Gains AI has room to grow: It needs warm up activities and a bigger database of movements, but for strength training it offers plenty of options! Also, the developer is actively receiving feedback on features and is working to improve the app. Keep it up!
