Long time user - 2 Live devices - but the app is top notch

Been a user for 6plus years and have two Live Devices’ that both won’t work. Last couple years with the app future not storing information really sucked. I wish the love device would last more than 2 years, but whatever. BUT the APP is the BEST I have tried other apps and this one is by far the most user friendly. It isn’t overloaded with features that make navigating hard. It has what you want in front of you and the BEST BEST thing is the power saver it has. You don’t turn off phone, just put in pocket and screen goes black. You then take it out of phone and it turns back on (uses the camera). Only App feature I wish would be added is when you tag a shot, it should have a counter that changes so when I am searching for ball, I could see the distance I usually hit it and feel confident of the area. Keep up the app. I think I am done with the add on units as battery and units go bad after a couple years.

KZN needs a lot of improvement

I have been using this platform on and off for the last 7 years or so. I have bought a couple of trackers, fiddled with their updates, submitted bug reports. I want this to work so badly because before they went away from tapping the tags on the sensor on your belt it worked perfectly. The only reason I bought a KZN device is because the battery wouldn’t hold a charge in my “live” device. The interface is now buggy, tracking inconsistent. In short, it’s a distraction more than an aid.

Game golf pro version

After waiting a long time for the sensors from game golf that have Replaceable batteries, I finally got to use this version twice so far. I was pretty impressed it worked well with only a couple of false shots, that were easily edited. The Smart caddie needs fixed, so I don’t use it. The shots weren’t tracked on my iPhone only my location on the course but with only using it twice it may have been something I did wrong. That’s not really a problem with me as long as the medallion worked, I don’t like to use the iPhone on course anyway. Michael P. At support has been very helpful on both my pro version and my classic version. He always responds very quickly and is very knowledgeable about both versions.
I’m not a good golfer but love to play and it nice to look back at my rounds and see what I did good and bad and the Pro version it’s easier to use not tapping the sensors on every shot.
