Their response is good but when they send your tickets and you try to look them up they are not there. When you log out and log back in still not there. You delete the app and reload the app then log back in still nothing. I’m still having issues and I can’t get my tickets that I paid in full. I’m starting to think I got ripped off!!!! If your thinking cheaper tickets but it’s not for sure...very disappointing !!!

I cannot tell you how many times I have used Gametime and have referred it. It has come in the clutch so many times. Seeing your favorite ask for a price that is good for you and does not hurt the wallet. You can literally find your favorite seat and even upgrade your current existing ticket if you feel so inclined to pay the extra money for it. All in all this app is great and the user interface is second to none.

I’ve used game time extensively and this time they didn’t disappoint!The tickets I just purchased went through another vendor some -obscure site called Paciolan, which were very difficult to get a hold of. I’ve been trying for three days with no luck and the day before the game was the last day I could get my tickets, I called game time and spoke to a customer service rep. They assured me they would be there and an hour later they showed up on my email. Game Time came through again! Thanks.

I’ve been using Gametime for a few years now and have to say, they are my #1 app for buying concert tickets hands down, the prices are 95% of the time much lower than any other site, and the tickets are always easy to transfer and access. It displays the view of a similar concert layout to yours on the site so you can get a good idea of what your view of the show will be. Gametime will always be a 10 out of 10 for me!
