This app is not very useful for the following reasons:1) Downloaded images and videos are not accessible outside the app. Therefore you can’t share them or use them.2) as of today 11/25/20 playback of any video is a blank white screen.Obviously this company does do software maintenance.Equally there PC based softwares for managing their equipment is equal bad. Downloaded videos are not actually downloaded.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. - fixed remote playback issue - improved stability
