Description
GardePro Mobile is an app to manage GardePro Wi-Fi and 4G LTE cellular trail cameras. Wi-Fi camera has built-in Bluetooth module, and remote controller is not needed. You don't need to pick up camera from a tree, remove the SD card and connect it to a PC before viewing photos and videos.
On the app, you can
1. Check and change setting of trail camera
2. View photos and videos taken by camera
3. Save favorite photos and videos to your mobile local album
4. Delete photos and videos
5. Check installation position by real time video (for Wi-Fi trail camera only)
6. Remotely manage your cellular cameras
Notice: For Wi-Fi trail cameras, the mobile phone connects to camera Wi-Fi directly. Camera can't connect to home network. You can only manage the Wi-Fi trail camera nearby.

Live camera option
After the last update to camera the live camera view no longer works. This is one of my favorite functions. I am planning to add another camera, so this is likely a deal-breaker for my next purchase.

Thank you for your patience and for bringing the live view issue with your wifi camera to our attention. Our technical team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a permanent fix.
In the meantime, we have a temporary solution that should help you view the live feed from your camera. Please follow these steps:
1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Find and select the GardePro Mobile app.
3. Turn off the "Cellular Data" switch.
4. Reopen the GardePro Mobile app and check the live view from your camera.
Additionally, to assist us in resolving this issue more quickly, could you please let us know the SIM card brand you are currently using in your phone?

Disappointing
Like many others I’d hoped to connect the camera to my home WiFi, which it can’t do. This wouldn’t be an issue if the motion detection was more reliable or if the BT/WiFi connection dance didn’t take so long an animal would have moved on by the time you get your phone connected.
These are minor annoyances but the dealbreaker is that the app demands full access to your photos in order to even save photos. This isn’t a technical restriction, iOS has granular permissions for a reason, the app devs have simply chosen not to allow this function unless you’ve also given them full access to see all your photos which I will not do.
Super impressed with customer support
Only had this camera a few days. Had to change a few settings in the camera that were over my head but I was shocked how quick customer support walked me through it and got everything up and going correctly.
Seems like a great product so far!
