Legal Document
As an investor in a company, I was promised by the founder of the company, offering a very attractive deals. However, when he sent the legal document, many of them were not there. I asked Gem AI to refine the legal document. It did a phenomenal job of rewriting the entire document very effectively.
No Free Trial Just a Cash Grab. Why I uninstalled this app in just 10 Minutes.
I use ChatGPT regularly for my everyday AI needs, but after reading an article about Gemini AI, I decided to give it a try. I downloaded the app, and within 10 minutes of exploring it, I was bombarded with pop-ups pushing me to subscribe weekly or pay $99 upfront. I wasn’t even given a fair chance to test the app to see if it suited my needs, which was incredibly disappointing.
I’ve never deleted an app so quickly, and immediately went to leave a review. This app feels like a rushed copycat of Gemini, and the lack of a proper free trial is frustrating. Most apps offer at least 24 to 48 hours, some even up to a week, before requiring payment. I couldn’t even complete a short text conversation or try the voice note feature before being blocked by paywalls.
Don’t waste your time. It’s clear the priority here is getting your money, not offering value.
MISLEADING, NOT THE OFFICIAL GOOGLE GEMINI APP!!
This app is marketed as if it were the official Gemini app, using a logo, font, colors, and even the name “Gemai” which looks just like “Gemini” when you aren’t looking too closely. the first picture for the app says “Powered by Gemini” which is technically true but still misleading (also that picture has some small text at the bottom that misspells the app’s name??)
In reality, this app is a simple frontend for the Gemini, ChatGPT, and Deepseek APIs. Other than the paid pro versions of these models, all of these AIs are accessible for free from their official websites/apps. Because of this, there is no reason to use this app other than the added convenience of having them all in the same place.
However, that convenience is overwritten by the fact that the app limits your number of messages behind a paywall ($7/week subscription or $99 for a lifetime), gives you ads, and tries to collect user data for targeting ads. I was able to ask a grand total of 3 prompts before being stopped by the paywall.
Overall, this app should be avoided because it is deliberately marketed in a misleading way, tries to collect user data, and charges steep prices for otherwise free services.
