Gendome APP is a mobile phone management software for Gendock home power station. Users can control and manage the charging and discharging, battery safety, power data, alarm services of the battery after connecting it through Bluetooth or WIFl.

The developer of the app fixed the connectivity issues and easily now one gains the functions controlled by the app to the portable power station. This is good news from an earlier frustrated customer.
Fortunately the app has bluetooth connectivity. Making the wifi connection requires a series of awkward steps and ends frequently in failure. Many iot devices in my home are simple to log into, not this one. Again, I usually opt in to using the bluetooth connection; unfortunately you have to be in very close proximity to the device to use it.
Can’t connect
I’m unable to connect via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I tried contacting support and have not heard back so I’m writing here to try and get a response. Wi-Fi is on 2.4GhZ and the puzzling thing is it won’t connect even over Bluetooth. Please fix!
