We are a local supermarket and ever since we met KlinkPOS, we learned more about the restaurant systems and decided to go with this since it has online ordering built in.
We appreciate this software a lot, we can do everything from turn tables to online orders, we also can’t do it without training from Kamish from Klink..
After more than 6 months of glitches and constantly having to manually update and sync iPad's, were done. Incan pay my staff 4,5, 6 hours a week constantly reboot, reset, update and redownload apps. Tech support is great BUT I'm sure they get tired of hearing from me too. We've been a faithful customer for 3 years, moving on to something better.
