Fabulous App, One Issue

I love Geogebra, and appreciate beyond measure the incredible capabilities provided to its users free of charge.

The one issue I feel is worth reporting relates to how the app interacts with Mac Screen Recordings. I often record video lectures for my students. Very often, the screen recording crashes if I open a graph on the Geogbra Classic app. On the day I posted this review, I lost up to 4 hours of lecture content due to this glitch. If the development team can resolve this issue, I'd be greatly appreciate it.

Not a fan of the offline version saving online

I love geogebra: I have been singing its praises for years. But unless I have not figured out something pretty basic, it seems the in V6 I can no longer save files to my desktop, even with the downloaded "offline" version. If I am mistaken please enlighten me; if not, can the save options be enlarged to allow for desktop saving?

Ruined what used to be a great app

Nothing works right anymore. The new UI is REALLY stupid, no traditional menu bar, instead you have this weird sort of touch-based interface that you click on.... it's really messy.

But the bugs are what really kill me. Some I've noticed now:

If you try to save a document, it will ask you to log in in order to save. You can click "log in later", but then it does nothing. I opened a ggb file on my computer, edited, kept going to "save", but nothing happened.

If you Export an image to your local drive, and try to overwrite an existing file, you get your standard dialog. But if you click to "replace" the existing document, nothing happens. The dialog closes but the document does not actually get replaced.

Could you please contact us at support@geogebra.org with more details about the shortcuts? Unfortunately we won't change back the interface as it was in the version 5. I could also suggest for you to try out the new application, like Graphing Calc or Geometry. Thanks.
