Ok app

Ok app but not as good or comprehensive as the earlier used Erste bank app was! Major issue is that one can not imitate scheduled credit card repay in one step. Only able to initiate the repay, leave the transfer without authentication, log off and log back in to set the scheduled payment from the source account by editing the earlier created transaction that has been on hold. This is not normal. It has been much easier in the old app. Fix it Erste!!! Please!

Two factor authentication doesn’t work

I have this app on an iPhone and on an iPad both running IOS 15.7. The token style two factor authentication where you get a notification from the George app stopped working on both. I am in the US, and SMS based two factor authentication from Erste never worked. Currently I can’t make purchases with my bank card.

Login is slow it takes 10-15 sec to see account main page while it takes 3-4 sec with other banks Good improvement on investment account inclusion Menu not clear and entering contacts are difficult
