I bought this app several months ago because my partner was living far away, and it gave me comfort to be able to see he was doing okay. However, in the past few weeks, this app has had difficulty locating him when he is traveling, which is a time I would like to use it most. I have contacted customer support, and I am told the same thing every time. I have to make sure it is updated and running in the background with location services activated. I’ve done all of these steps, and my partner has as well. It still doesn’t work most of the time. It’s super disappointing.
