We use this app to keep our family’s locations shared at all times, which gives us peace of mind. The alert options are quite detailed, though I’ve found the sensitivity isn’t as sharp as Life360. There’s also an Apple Watch app, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to update locations in real time—I’m not sure why. One feature I really miss compared to Life360 is the ability to reconstruct even the smallest movements on a map. Geozilla doesn’t offer that, which is a bit of a letdown.

And the advertisement it doesn’t say anything about having to pay for it. I thought maybe it was to keep an eye on your children that it would be free so I download it and I get you know a number in and then it says oh we want 1199 for a week and or you know like 5999 for the year unfortunately out of work due to medical problems and I can’t afford that and so I’m not gonna be able to use it and keep track of my children. I think it’s just sad that everything has to cost money or so much money just to be able to keep track of your children so Rich can keep track of her children or the middle class but the poor people can’t keep track of their children that there should be some sides that are free or at least lower price for people that don’t have any money, especially with Christmas coming up and everything so that’s why I rated it one star if I could’ve used the service, I would’ve rated it a higher rating sorry for the low but as I said if I could’ve used it most apps will give you at least seven to a week trial for free but not even that. Just see if it even works. Thank you Wendy.

Use that apo with GPS Tracker. This tracker works very well, the location is very accurate. A few times I have tested it, I put it in my kids backpack and check for her location after school. The device is very portable and easy to connect to using the downloaded app it functions with. I would recommend it for every parent.

Paid for this app over Life360 because they said it can track Apple Watch. It only works when the watch is in range of the phone, but when my watch is on its own (I have one with cellular service) it fails to update location even though Find My iPhone can see it’s location. When the watch comes back in range of the phone, the locations are suddenly updated as if the watch was at 7 different locations within one minute at the end. Not helpful and doesn’t help me find my daughter if she’s lost. Contacted support several times and they said they could not replicate the problem so I’m SOL. Now I’m trying to get my money back.

You know , I guess we all run into outfits out there that are flat out rip-offs that just in one form or another don’t deliver anything they promised . There on their best behavior before you pay them , but after , ? Well it can be a real Jeckle/ Hyde experience. I have just went thru that with GeoZilla. GeoZilla seemed like an app that would give me what I need. They didn’t ! They lied to m e straight off the bat . They wasted no time in getting to the point , that they want and need more money . And they’ll deceive , cheat , lie do whatever they have to to reach their goal . If they did that to me , a potential full time customer during a trial period , they’ll do it to anyone at anytime beware !

Got this app and paid for the year so that my husband and I could track his father who is having memory issues. It cannot get his accurate location because it says his phone is on battery save mode (it is NOT). Works perfectly fine for the other people we added to the family list (my daughter and brother in law) but the one person we need an accurate location on at all times is the one that has a delayed location and we can never trust that it is correct. Waste of $40

I bought this app several months ago because my partner was living far away, and it gave me comfort to be able to see he was doing okay. However, in the past few weeks, this app has had difficulty locating him when he is traveling, which is a time I would like to use it most. I have contacted customer support, and I am told the same thing every time. I have to make sure it is updated and running in the background with location services activated. I’ve done all of these steps, and my partner has as well. It still doesn’t work most of the time. It’s super disappointing.

They charged my card for a subscription but every attempt I've made to cancel the subscription has not worked. I've reached out several times, each time they tell me to "go to my subscriptions and cancel it" but it is NOT. THERE. I even went to the bank, I thought they fixed it but here comes a new month and NOPE! 50 dollar charges for an app I don't need, don't want and don't use. I need to stop my susbcription renewal but they purposely make it impossible, as I genuinely can't find any way to stop them from charging me and I'm going to have to get a new card at this point.

If you purchased your subscription via our website, go to Geozilla.com, click Login in the upper right corner, navigate to Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you'd like to cancel, and tap Cancel Subscription. Not a big reviewer but I need to tell what I learned now…. Never spend money on any apps if they are not offering free try…. This app didnt … i payed… and it is not what they promised in add! This is not like a spy app , you are sending a request to a person who you want to see the location and he see it that you need his location. So apple has it gor free, and also a lot of free apps like this. But the money is payed already! So when I tried to contact support for refund I didnt get any responds from them , also they promise to contact u in 24 h. And guess what : is already the 4th day ! I lost money and no one responding ! DO NOT BUY IT !!!!!

I downloaded the app today, invited my family and it didn’t work at all. Petrified when I couldn’t find my daughter earlier today. She was out of touch and I heard about an accident that happened by where she was. The app showed she was still there hours later. Thought for sure she was involved in an accident. She walked into the house just now and it still says she’s at the same location she was at earlier in the day. Hoping to get all my $$$ back. They charged me for a weekly and then a yearly subscription. Waste of $$$$. Save yourself the worry and frustration.
