Most effective way to de-stress.
I’ve tried many iPhone apps for de-stressing, including ones you put on your belly, ones that use a light to measure variations in heart rate, etc.
Get Grounded is by far the most effective of any of these. My stress level went from 9 down to 5.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
