HappyNest Laundry Pickup offers the best, personal, next-day return, laundry service in Albany, New York. Create an account, choose your plan type – weekly or “by request” – set up your laundry preferences (everything from which detergents, fabric softeners and dryer sheets you like to how you want your clothes folded), set up your first pickup and say “Goodbye!” to laundry.

From here on, we’ve got it!

If you choose our “by request” plan, we’ll send you a notification the day before we’re coming to your neighbourhood to see if you want a pickup. If you do, just tap and we’ll put you on the list.

Regardless of whether you’re on the weekly or “by request” plan, we’ll send a reminder the night before your pickup – and once again when the driver’s on the way – so you don’t forget to leave your clothes out

Started off good

I’ve been using happy nest since cinch when out of businessAlthough they are expensive they are convenient however a few weeks ago I noticed one of my shirts didn't come back I didn’t say anything then a couple weeks later I notice two more of my shirts didn’t come back so that was a total of three they were later returned but also they don’t use garment bags with bras because all my bras the hooks are ruined they also don’t follow the instructions because I ask for all black pants to be hung and they not once did it and then today I went to go reach for a towel and I noticed the towel wasn't mine so as of today I’m done

Let’s be better

I’ve used happy nest 4 times so far. The first 2 times I did NOT supply my own detergent and my clothes did not have a clean fresh smell at all. It actually smelled like clay….. The last 2 times I DID use my own detergent and it smelt fine. Not as good as if I were to do it myself. But it was better than the last. And I gave them ALOT of detergent the last 2 times and they did not return it so I guess they used it all!???…. So I put 2 and 2 together. Unless u use ur own detergent, ur clothes will smell like clay…. Kind of disappointing .. 😒

unbelievable in a good way

I had my first pick up this week using the very simple app. They were to deliver my laundry this morning, but given that we are undergoing a massive blizzard with more than a foot of snow, I figured there was no way they would be delivering it today. I mean, there are cars stuck all over the place. Low and behold, I woke up this morning and on my front porch was my laundry. Shirts on hangers, everything else folded and separated by color and type of clothing. Holy smokes. I can’t believe it. What service. I couldn’t be happier.
