Getting Mindful is a hub for all things MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. Getting Mindful teaches people how to use their mind, body, and spirit as a tool to help them accomplish their goals and reach their potential!

Here is what you can expect:

MINDEST
Monthly Mindset Classes to teach you how to manage your mind so that your mind becomes a TOOL that helps you accomplish your goals and get feeling better and gain more power over your life. These classes are accompanied by journal prompts + questions to enhance your ability to train the mind.

COACHING
Group coaching 2x every month so that you can not only get coached yourself but hear others get coached which benefits all the listeners! Ask specific questions relating to your life, the classes, and the challenges you are going through!

MEDITATION + VISUALIZATION
Monthly Meditations + Visualizations to help you train the mind, practice focus, and rewire neurocircuits in the brain which enhances your ability to feel good + reach high-achieving goals. Practice stillness + and enjoy the presence and peace that comes to those who meditate regularly.

COMMUNITY
In-app community threads where you can get to know others, help each other out, ask questions, share your wins + and grow friendships with others who are working on themselves + getting more mindful!

CHALLENGES
Group Challenges to get you actually doing the work. So many people talk about what to do, but in this app, we are actually going to put it to the test. Conquering discomfort, conquering fear, and moving into a state of focus, discipline, and mental fortitude... these challenges will push you + get you moving towards true joy + toward your big goals.

We will track our efforts + and app users will be rewarded for showing up for themselves along the way.

The download of Getting Mindful is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Getting Mindful app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:

Amazing app!!

Getting Mindful is the must have app for anyone who has trouble letting go of daily stresses! I love Megan’s coaching calls and mindfulness classes. Getting Mindful has made this so easy to do for someone like me who has trouble with slowing my mind down and relaxing. The classes are an easy step-by-step guide that helped me begin to master my mindset. Download the app today! I highly recommend.
