This is the best company for transfer, taxis and drivers ever. Very punctual. Very friendly, very helpful, responsible and nice people. They always have the best prices. Do not doubt on contracting them. It was my first time with them, I was afraid for being my first time, but it really worked out great. I took it from santorini airport to our hotel. Then from the hotel to santorini port. Then from mykonos port to the airport, after from Athen airport to the hotel and finally from the hotel to the airport of Athen. They were all simply great. Nicest buses and excellent drivers, responsible and well educated. Excelent English. I will use them from now on for sure. Thank you very much get transfer.

First transfer in Rome went perfectly.

Second transfer from JFK home was a no show.

I provided my flight number with the reservation. I messaged the driver in the APP 4 hours prior to arrival to say we would land 45 mins early. Apparently a broker from Pennsylvania had responded to my initial booking request. The broker responded to say they would arrive early to pick us up. The broker imessaged me during the flight with the drivers contact and a picture of his vehicle (not matching the one presented on the app offer). I messaged the driver as soon as we were out of immigration. No response from driver. I message the broker after a half hour..he says “soon”. After the pick up time came an passed and still no response from the driver I message broker again. He now says the driver was in an accident, they “sent” a new driver..so I asked what time...”soon” was the response. After more back and forth he couldn’t give me a time so I said to cancel it. I’ll dispute the charge with AMEX and took an Uber home.

They don’t pay their drivers, I’ve been waiting on my payment for 7 month now. Please be very careful guys. Drivers are hurting because of this. The company don’t care, they keep telling you to contact finance side, no response for weeks at a time.

We give you exceptional service that’s why the riders side rating are up, but look at your drivers side of the app rating on the App Store. This is a very heartless company, how dare you owe us money and still expecting us to keep running around for rides. You’re very evil and heartless. I wish there was a way I can post proof on here. Very heartless people, especially whoever low life CEO. This is wickedness in its purest form. We have families depending us. Heartless individuals, very heartless.
The worst part is they charge riders and never pay the drivers.
