Gfulness is a mindfulness, meditation and stress relief app that utilizes humor, smiling & laughter to bring the listener to a happier and more mindful state of being. The Gfulness app contains a generous library of humorous and relaxing audio pieces that range from 30 seconds to 12 minutes with new pieces added every week. There are a variety of genres to choose from like Daily Inspirations, Meditations, Stories, Poetry, News, ASMR and much more. All of our content has been written and performed by a talented and hilarious team of professional actor/writer/comedian/voice over artists who are based in Chicago, Los Angeles & Vermont.
Much like brushing your teeth, walking the dog, or waxing your knees, we all need to take some time each day to relax, smile and laugh. The benefits of laughter hardly need to be explained; we have a good laugh or authentic smile and typically, we feel better. A Great Idea Than Failed To Happen
I started with this app about a year ago, and I really enjoyed it for the first month.
Unfortunately, there is virtually no new content in the last year; and, to make matters worse, this is a subscription app. So, I could pay year after year to listen to the same content.
