Great APP. Great Service. Have some ideas

1. Make an opportunity to plan a ride (e.g. I order taxi each morning at the same time. Would be nice if app reminds me (in case I miss the time)
2. Are there any system of categorizing loyal customers? (Don’t bean bonuses or free rides. Simply to be verified and considered as good customer).
3. Might be a good option to have an opportunity to block a driver that picks the order and after 4-5 minutes just decides to cancel. After it whole info about him just disappears. So might be useful to give us an option to pick between “call the driver and check up why he canceled” and “delete the info and never show him your orders”.

Good service but still needs improvements

Application related
- GPS doesn’t work, need to search for current location manually 90% of times
- Search searches whole world instead of Armenia or the countries gg works and brings irrelevant results
- often you may miss push notifications that the driver has arrived because of the notification sound
- the estimate of when the driver will arrive is 80% inaccurate
- can’t call or contact driver if you don’t have Local phone number. Add some option to call over wifi or cellular data instead of using mobile provider, less of a problem for locals more important for tourists
+ great that you can pay with international credit cards, Yandex doesn’t allow this. Bad part is there is no tip option with credit card

Service problem
- lack of drivers, often you need to wait for 10 or more minutes, sometimes you will not get any driver at all. Talked to several Yandex drivers and 2 problems they have mentioned why they don’t drive for gg is the Sticker that you require and the minimum number of hours to drive. Don’t make me use Yandex because you don’t have enough drivers, give more flexibility to drivers to meet the demand

Overall used a lot during the last month. Have some basic problems that can be fixed. Send one of your product managers to Europe to use Lyft or Uber and improve your product

Great taxi service in Armenia

We have been using gg on this trip to Armenia and we are very satisfied. The drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. The cars are well maintained, clean and do not smell of cigarette smoke. I very much appreciate the ability to pay in cash or by credit card. Also unlike the street taxis, the fare with gg is always the same for a given distance and time of day. Finally, gg ASAP is a wonderful feature for paying a little more to get a ride faster when time is of the essence.
