Memorable
Works great, is easy to use, and does what you want and expect it to do. I have noticed that it does consume quite a bit of battery. I'd estimate roughly 25% of my daily usage. Though I've noticed that this does seem to change from one access point to another. I do wish there was a way to turn it completely off when not in use. Instead it goes to a "disconnected" mode and still uses battery and resources. I want to be able to turn it off completely without having to Force Quit the application. This is mostly because I rarely connect to Wifi access points outside of trusted areas, so I'd want to totally turn off the application until I want to use it again - roughly once or twice per week at most. Short of that, I thoroughly enjoy the app.

great tech support! I had it for a few months no issues. I bought a new phone couldn't get it to switch to my new phone I called their tech support line and in a short time one of their tech support people called me back and walk me through the issue until it was fixed. my new phone is working fine. it stopped working on my old phone I'm not sure if that's because my subscription only covers one device? I'll get back with them but I am extremely happy
Great falls
Really easy to use, the only problem I see so far is that I can't set it up to start automatically when my phone and laptop start up. That's an option I'd like to see going forward; especially with this being a subscription application. Other than that, this app works really well, does what it says it will and is something I'd recommend anyone to get, especially for the low cost. You get a lot of bang for your buck here folks.. trust me, it's worth every penny!
